Being a Morning Person can be a good habit. We have many people who are our colleagues are in our friend circle or exist in our families who prefer to sleep at 11 pm and wake up at 5 am. You might be one such person, or you could be the opposite which goes to sleep at 5 am. You might wake up at 12 in the noon and want to start working; at that time, you may be mentally very active, but when it comes to Physical activeness, you may lack that to an extent.
