- Understand the Burdens: You have to understand the fact your Employees go through a lot of burdens in their Day to day lives. Some might go through the responsibility of their Children’s education or some are worried about their Old parents. No Employee is free of tension. So once you put the workload, you have to think about the stress they might be getting staying at home. It would greatly help if you always kept a span of relaxation to breathe and sort things out.
- Understand Privacy: Privacy is one major thing that Remote working fails to give. When we are working for a firm, the Employer or the Manager wants to meet over a video call. Once you are walking on the road, if one or some of your employees ask and request that they won’t be able to switch on their Cameras or voices, please respect that decision. There are many problems that one can go through. So keep the Office etiquette and work soberly.
